A LOCAL PAIR OF EYES
Keep an eye on your property while you’re away, with an agreed checklist, visible visits and a clear record of what we find.
Visual property checks for rural homes, farmyards and smallholdings. We agree the areas to visit, access arrangements and visit frequency with you beforehand.
Visits between stays or while a property is unoccupied, looking for visible signs of leaks, weather damage or other changes in the agreed accessible areas.
Observe accessible boundaries, gates, doors, sheds and outbuildings for obvious damage or signs of interference. Flag lighting, lock and access concerns for your attention.
Where suitable and with the person’s consent, arrange a simple doorstep check-in or confirm expected occupancy. Agree who to contact if there is no answer or a concern. These visits do not provide personal care or emergency welfare cover.
Practical help with compatible camera and sensor setup, app settings, connectivity and basic user checks. Any specialist electrical or installation work needs an appropriately qualified provider.
Receive dated photos and a written summary of the agreed checks. We report visible issues to your nominated contact and agree how urgent concerns should be raised before visits begin.
